Description
HEMA-HYDRECO cast iron gear pumps, hydraulic motors and valves are built for continuous high-pressure operation in construction machinery, mining equipment, marine systems and industrial plants across the Gulf region.
The helical gear design reduces flow and pressure pulsations, dramatically lowering system noise and vibration. Oversized shafts and bearings are precisely aligned within the cast-iron housing, ensuring long service life even in harsh environments.
Displacement Range: 23–54 cm³/rev (1.4–3.4 in³/rev) for pumps; 33–68 cm³/rev for selected motors
Operating Pressure: Up to 250 bar continuous, 280 bar intermittent
Speed Range: 450–3000 rpm
The integrated hydraulic valves provide precise flow control, pressure regulation and safety functions, making these units ideal for excavators, loaders, presses, conveyor drives and other heavy-duty applications where low noise and high efficiency are critical.
