Dust-laden air enters the cyclone tangentially at high speed, creating a helical vortex. Heavier particles, with greater density than the carrier air, are forced outward by centrifugal force and slide down the cyclone wall into the bottom collection hopper.

This pre-separation process reduces dust load on jet pulse filters, significantly extending filter media life and lowering maintenance costs. Cyclones can be installed as single units or in parallel to match different capacity requirements.
