Description
Bayraktar Cutting Tools provides high-precision milling collet sets designed for secure, low-runout clamping of end mills, drills, and reamers in both CNC and conventional milling machines. Each set includes a full range of ER collets and matching nuts, allowing quick tool changes and optimal clamping force for different shank diameters.
Manufactured from alloyed, hardened steel and ground to ≤5 μm runout, these collet sets ensure excellent concentricity, minimal vibration, and long tool life. They are available in ER16 to ER40 sizes and can be supplied in balanced holders (G2.5 @ 25,000 rpm) for high-speed machining.
