Bayraktar Cutting Tools provides a complete range of precision workholding solutions for CNC and conventional machining, combining rotating live centers, Morse taper sleeves & adapters, and drill chucks in a single integrated product group.
Rotating Live Centers: Deliver stable, low-friction support for long or heavy workpieces during high-speed turning. Built from hardened steel with sealed bearings and optimized lubrication, they ensure perfect concentricity and vibration-free machining.
Morse Taper Sleeves & Adapters: Guarantee secure and accurate tool-to-spindle connections for drilling, milling, and turning. Manufactured to strict concentricity tolerances, these adapters enable quick tool changes and long service life in demanding production environments.
Drill Chucks & Keyless Chucks (Mandrels): Provide strong, low-runout clamping for drills, reamers, and other rotary tools. Available in key-type, keyless, and quick-change versions, they support high spindle speeds and rapid setup.
All components are produced from alloyed, hardened steel and balanced for G2.5 @ 25,000 rpm on request.
