Service Scope
Shot Blasting (Sand Blasting):
4-Turbine Shot Blasting Machine – 1800 × 1600 mm capacity; ideal for large and heavy castings.
2-Turbine Shot Blasting Machine – 85 × 100 mm capacity; suitable for smaller precision components.
Finishing (Deburring & Cleaning):
Complete removal of runners and flash through cutting, grinding, sanding and vibration processes, delivering smooth, ready-to-coat surfaces.
Heat Treatment (T6 Process):
T6 Heat Treatment Furnace – 1000 × 1300 mm chamber with 600 kg capacity.
Improves mechanical properties such as strength, ductility and wear resistance, meeting international automotive and aerospace standards.
