Argem Üretim Makina manufactures vibrating bin activators (titreşim koniği, rotoflow, bin activator) to ensure smooth, controlled discharge of powders and granular materials from silos or hoppers.
Mounted under the silo cone and driven by a high-performance vibration motor, the system loosens compacted material and breaks bridging, allowing even sticky, damp, or low-flow materials—such as flour, bran, lime, cement, calcite, ash, gypsum, or starch—to flow freely.
The special damping and suspension system keeps vibrations inside the activator, protecting the silo structure. Material descends in a gentle, rotating motion, providing a steady feed to downstream equipment like airlocks, screw conveyors, or slide gates.
